The gear shifter shaft bushings on 5 and 6 speed Touring models typically have a service life of 20000 miles (32000 KM) or less. Bushing wear results in an annoying rattle from the loose shifter, the linkage parts and accelerated wear of all related parts. Jims has this time-saving tool that easily removes worn bushings and quickly installs the new ones without having to remove the inner primary, saving you both time and costs. Fits all 1985-2016 Touring and 2009-2016 Trike models.
