Sissy bar is 11 1/2" (29cm) high without the pad, with the pad fitted it is some 5" (13cm) higher. The black vinyl pad is 8" (20cm) high and 11 1/2" (26cm) wide, Order required docking point kit separately. Does not fit with rigid mounted Tour Pak.
