Take standard and aftermarket Harley-Davidson handlebar controls and risers designed for 1" handlebars and a one-piece, 4-hole riser top clamp. Install on Springer models with a Rebuffini Taurus upper fork clamp. Not suitable for electronic Throttle-By-Wire.
