49-84 FL 19"/21" wheel conversion front fender

Plain steel with chrome plated steel brackets. Used when converting a Shovel FL, or Pan with hydraulic forks, from the stock 16" wheel to a 19" or 21" narrow wheel. Approx. dimensions: 5" wide, 36" long. Mount bracket 7" wide.
