Plain finish. A too high tension, found in the stock belt tensioner, is a common cause of belt failure. This improved direct replacement belt tensioner lowers the pressure dramatically and will improve life expectancy of the belt. Also wheel and even more transmission bearings will benefit from less unnecessary load.
