Cometic, gasket transmission top cover. .032" AFM
.032" AFM (Aluminum Foamet Material). Fits ratchet top type transmission. OEM replacement reference 34824-36 / 2261-36. Cometic's AFM gaskets have an aluminum core with a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic thin foam-like rubber layer bonded to both sides. Temperature resistant to over 250°F (122°C). AFM rubber has a 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. Re-torqueing, gasket sealers or silicone beads are not required.
