The head is made from alloyed hardened and tempered steel with square face that is flat with a smooth surface. The round face is flat and has a knurled surface. The head comes with a blue hammer-effect enamel finish and a hickory wood handle that is dual curved and octagonal shaped for improved grip. Head and handle are connected with a ring wedge fixture.
