- Black Ops, a subtle gloss black with wrinkle black combination finish - CNC machined billet aluminum - With red anodized center bolt - Optional color center bolts available in Chrome, Black, Red and Blue - Caliper is symmetrical and can therefore be used left, right, front or rear - Brackets for front for most 84-99 or 00-17 H-D models are optional available, see catalog - You can also choose to make your own bracket, in a one-off style, for any custom application you can think of - This Vintage 125x4R caliper takes regular 4-piston caliper brake pads. In style with the times Performance Machine introduced their 'Vintage Caliper'. Contrary to the looks it is not a 2-piston caliper, it is designed to have a vintage flair, but modern 4-piston engineering is used. It is a mixture of technical excellence and an aesthetic work of art. The 'Vintage Ribs' are actually reinforcing ribs to decrease flexing, improving brake feel, control and aid in cooling when the going gets hot. The bodies, or caliper halves, are CNC machined from one-piece billet bar, a much more homogeneous material, giving it a natural material strength advantage over regular cast calipers. When it comes down to the nitty gritty, the PM Vintage will not only cut the cake, but cut it better.
