Carbon material. Protective heat shield for the rear exhaust header / head pipe. Compatible with the OEM Pan America head pipes. Complete with mounting hardware for Pan America models with OEM head pipes. Note: Heat shield will also fit Zard's 973642 stainless head pipe set as a direct replacement item.
