Black parkerized finish. 7/16-14 to 3/8-24 threaded (stock is 3/8-16 to 3/8-24 threaded). Used in transmission cases with stripped threads. Used to mount the transmission housing to the transmission mount plate. OEM replacement reference 34724-36 (=non-oversize stud)
