Black. Smooth. Will fit all H-D and aftermarket sissy bars/uprights without welded insert plates. Comes with a capeted back, chrome brackets and screws. Approx. dimensions: 11" (27.9cm) high x 6.5" (16.5cm) wide. Note: Not recommended for H-D low and Mini sissy bars/uprights.
