Black. Smooth. Will fit all H-D and aftermarket sissy bars/uprights with or without welded insert plates. Comes with a carpeted back, chrome brackets and screws. Approx. dimensions: 9" (23cm) high x 12" (30.5cm) wide. Note: Not recommended for H-D low and Mini sissy bars/uprights.
