Chromed steel. The name Bantam says it all. This is a small, minimalist design that covers the motor and wiring for a clean appearance with a presence no larger than absolutely necessary. Works with all Kuryakyn, most aftermarket incl. H-D Heavy Breathers and Screamin' Eagle Stage 1 kits.
