Denim black powder coated carbon steel. Bolt-on installation ease. With these lower fork covers the entire fork appears smooth as the chrome fork tubes are covered. Your fork will look completely black and creates black-out look. The covers are mounted to the fender brackets for a sturdy install. Complete with installation instructions.
