Chrome. One of the best ways to ease into customizing is with the addition of a slip-on muffler set. These Twin Slash Rounds mufflers will give the unmistakable Vance & Hines look and open up the performance potential of your bike and ready for later engine upgrades, if desired. The low restriction louvered core baffles are pre-installed. Included are virtually invisible 3 inch full coverage heat shields which makes the 2-1/2" diameter muffler bodies blue-proof. Note: Compatible with CVO drop skirt bags. Note: See 568712 for stock replacement baffle. Note: See 981790 for competition baffle (+2 to +3 dB). Note: See 981791 for optional quiet baffle (-3 to -4 dB). Tech tip: Pre-2021 USA mufflers on a 2021-up EU Softail/Touring? The FuelPak FP4 (part number 942227) allows you to disable the 2nd. downstream O2 sensor, without triggering trouble codes. This will enable you to use US or pre-2021 EU exhaust mufflers that are not equipped with a downstream O2 sensor connection.
