Features Gardner Westcott socket-head bolts, lock washers, and cups and cones that are machined from cold-rolled steel.

Cones replace bottom cup washers and completely hide the head of the screw and lock washer.

Available in 1/2"-13 thread pitch.

Made in the U.S.A..
Bolt kit may feature black bolts.
