UD.106 Harness Cable / Wiring Set We developed this cable set for the bike builders, who don´t build new bikes frequently and who have not the time to search for the right cable lengths, diameter and colors. This cable kit allow you a fast and accurate build of your own bike harness. A 6 wire shielded cable allow a fast connection from the handle bar switches to your elecronic box. The different cable colors allow an easy wiring without the fear to change the connections by accident. The set comes with 30 cm shrink tube, 8 x 2 cm lettered shrink tube and 30 cable ties in 2 different sizes. The B-Box can be controlled via an external RFID antenna as keyless go device or with the standard ignition switch. An optional bluetooth module allows the complete control of your bike via your smart phone. 8 implemented status led´s allow a fast check while the installation or the adjustment of the different functions. A 20 Ampere inline fuse in the main line is integrated. However, the outputs are short circuit protected and self resetting. Connect the module with the 4 pin connector to the B-Box and let the B-Box „learn“ the 2 electronic keys. You can control all functions of your control box or display the actual battery voltage by a fingertip on your smartphone (Android). 917232 Field of Application: For B-Box 917230, Color: Black, Material: ABS, Unit: Each, Qty.: 1.0 6 Booster 6V to 12 V Converter This module is a 6 Volt to 12 Volt converter. It allow the implementation of modern 12 Volt equipment, like led indicators, rearlights or speedos in a vintage bike what still have a 6 Volt charger system. The maximum usuable load is 3 Watt or 2 Watt constant load. The module fit in the handle bar or even in the most led rearlights due to it´s small size. 919977 Length mm: 20.0mm, Unit: Each, Qty.: 1.0 GND Split Terminal Splitter Many electrical problems at the bike result from a bad connection to the minus pole of the battery. The chassis is often in use as minus pole, what is not the best connection due to rust, paint or dirt at the contact screw.
