Repl. 23985-12 552034 EVOLUTION INDUSTRIES, 6-SPEED SOLID 34T MOTOR SPROCKETS The stock compensator sprocket assembly includes a damper system which can induce slippage, noise and weighs 2.16kg (4.77 lbs). This Evolution Industries motorsprocket is a rigid mounted sprocket to prevent any issues related to the stock sprocket and does so at less than half the weight. Manufactured from black oxide coated high strength 4140 tool steel and available in Std. 34 tooth or a smaller 30 tooth version. 34t motor sprocket (Std) 552033 06-10 Dyna; 07-10 Softail, Touring 552034 11-17 Twin Cam; 07-16 Screamin' Eagle models 573341 18-23 Softail (excl. 19-20 FXDRS); 17-23 Touring 30t motor sprocket (-4 tooth) The large drive ratio of the 2006-up 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission can make a bike feel sluggish and slow. With these -4 tooth motor sprockets RPM increases up to 680 RPM in 6th gear @ 70mph, more in lower gears or at higher speeds. Better in the power band for more grunt and a stronger pull in all circumstances. Note: 30t. motor sprockets include a custom length primary chain. 552037 07-10 Touring 552038 06-10 Dyna; 07-10 Softail (excl. Rockers) 552039 08-11 FXCW/C Softail Rockers (larger offset) 552040 11-17 Softail, Dyna (incl. spacer)(excl. 08-11 FXCW/C Rockers; 13-17 FXSB Breakouts) 552036 11-16 Touring (incl. spacer) 573342 18-23 Softail 573343 17-23 Touring Sprocket bolt kit Optional available and required for some 2013-up models. Includes bolt 3368 and hardened washer 6445. The Factory and Evolution Industries both recommend replacing the compensator bolt each time it is removed. 552035 06-17 Dyna; 07-21 Softail; 07-21 Touring 552035 EVOLUTION INDUSTRIES, POWER DRIVE 55-06 SOLID MOTOR SPROCKETS All sprockets come with the stock 5/16" offset, unless specified otherwise. These are designed to be run solid and cannot be used with the OEM compensating vibration damper set-up. Note: The OEM nut will not work in the solid set-up. The special 569295 motor sprocket nut is required for installation and sold separately. L84-06 B.T. (excl. 2006 Dyna) Models with splined sprocket shaft. 552043 21t. 552044 22t. 552045 23t. Motor sprocket nut 569295 Nut for above mentioned Evolution Industries solid motor sprockets 552043 552044 552045 552038 SOLID MOTOR SPROCKETS The OEM compensator sprocket assembly is heavy and can give wear, noise and other issues. This solid motor sprocket is used to eliminate the OEM compensator spring and OEM motor sprocket and will allow you to run with a simple but dependable solid set-up. 18-23 Softail (excl. 19-20 FXDR); 17-23 Touring 577426 34t (standard). Repl. 40100076 compensator & motor sprocket assembly 06-17 Dyna, 07-17 Softail; 07-16 Touring (note 1) Available in standard 34 and custom 32 and 30 tooth sprockets. Smaller motor sprockets increase RPM, at the same speed, for more power and better pull in the same gear. Good solution to overcome the sometimes sluggish feel of the 6-speed cruisedrive transmission. Note 1: 08-10 Twin Cam models require a 2007 style alternator rotor available as MCS 908086 (OEM 40356-07). Note 2: The smaller 32t sprocket requires to modify the primary chain as the stock size is too long. Correct length primary chain is not available through MCS. Note 3: 30t sprockets are 4 tooth smaller than stock. A custom length primary chain is required. 90t chain required for Dyna and Softail and 84t chain for Touring models. These are not available through MCS. 577427 34t (standard) 577428 32t (note 2) 577429 30t (note 3) 577426 577429 577427 573342
