RSD & PM rotors in combination with RSD or PM wheels Information given below is for the combination of RSD / PM wheels and RSD / PM brake rotors only. Brake rotors will not fit H-D cast wheels and are not compatible with 1999 & earlier H-D calipers. Stock wheels RSD and PM brake rotors will not fit H-D cast wheels and are not compatible with 1999 & earlier H-D calipers. Rotor holes All rotors are drilled for H-D bolt pattern and take 5/16" buttonhead bolts front & 3/8" buttonhead bolts rear. Bolt holes are counterbored and brake rotor has 2.22" ID. A reducer spacer must be ordered separately (MCS 953153 with speedo slot or MCS 953152 without speedo slot) for use on 73-99 wheels, since these wheels are designed to work with 1.985" ID brake rotors. All DSB (Drive Side Brake) brake rotors All are to be used with 7/16" x 3 1/4" bolts and come with a 2.375" ID (2.375" ID is specially made for DSB use only). Custom wheels +5.50" wide Most custom applications for 5.50" wheels and wider, require 3/8" buttonhead bolts. They require a special 2.50" ID PM brake rotor since larger wheel bearings are used. 11.5" brake rotors These are solid mounted. Centers are available in Chrome and Contrast Cut. 13" rotors These floating brake rotors come with silent floaters. Centers are available Contrast Cut only. 300mm / 11.8" brake rotors Used on 08-17 Touring models (excl. those equipped with 11.5" rotors) on both front & rear applications, 06-17 Dyna front rotors, 06-17 VRSC V-Rod on both front & rear applications. All have a 2.22" ID, except the rear V-Rod brake rotor is 2.50" ID. Pre-2000 Touring Rear brake rotors are not available from PM. 08-11 FXCW/C Rockers Use 11.5" right rear rotors as Rockers have a 8.5 wide wheel but still use a 11.5" disc with 2.22 ID. V-Rods All 02-05 V-Rods require 11.5" rotors, 06-17 V-Rod require 300mm rotors. All rotors come with a 2.22" ID (front) and 2.50" ID (rear). A new rotor bolt kit is available as 952741 for front and 952742 for rear PM wheel applications. FXSTS, FLSTS Springer models Will not work in combination with stock calipers. Caliper pads interfere with brake rotor bolts. 10-12 XL Sportster XR1200X 11.50" rotors will not work on rear wheel, PM does not make a rotor for this application. 11-22 XL Sportster Will not work on rear wheel, unless upgrading to a PM caliper. 08-11 FLSTSB Will not work with front stock caliper. LEFT SIDE Bolt-on installation and offers drastically improved braking performance and looks over stock. It still a simple bolt-on installation, but in combination with 18" or larger wheels only. The brake disc is made of 420 stainless steel and is drilled for optimum performance and heat dispersion. The inner carrier is manufactured from 6061 billet aluminum with a black coated finish for lasting good looks. Kit includes one brake disc and one billet brake caliper adapter bracket, to compensate for rotor diameter so the stock caliper can be re-used, and all necessary hardware.
