Fiber. Gasket for the OEM 60514-65 starter hole cover plate (block-off plate) used on the inner primary cover when a starter motor is not installed. OEM replacement reference 60518-65. Cometic's fiber gaskets are made from premium hi-temperature, hi-density creep resistant material that requires no re-torquing, no additional sealants, is fuel resistant and asbestos free.
