Converts between an internal and external plier with the flip of a switch. Includes plier #1421 (514587) & #1434 (514588), but with the addition of #75 (514608) which is a retaining ring with an automatic ratchet lock feature which keeps rings open or closed for easy installation or removal. Includes 6 pairs of color coded tips. Each plier includes a tip kit containing 5 pairs of durable, color coded, interchangeable tips.
