Payments & Shipping costs

Accepted payments:

- within Germany: SEPA direct debit, Visa & Mastercard and cash on delivery
- outside Germany: Visa and Mastercard only.

A - Deliveries within Germany

A-1. Shipping expense

The shipping expense flat rate amounts inside to Germany up to a goods order value in the height of 500,- EUR:

  • per delivery until 31,5 Kg Weight: and a max. Package dimension of 120x60x60cm
    7,60 EUR incl. Insurance and toll surcharge.
  • The cash on delivery flat rate is amounting independently of the goods order value at the moment 7,49 EUR incl. Conveyance consideration.
  • All packages are insures to 500,- EUR against loss/damage.
  • At orders over    500,- till   2.500,- EUR goods value a transport insurance in the amount of
      6,99 EUR is added on dispatch flat rate mentioned above.
  • At orders over 2.500,- till 25.000,- EUR goods value a transport insurance in the amount of
    19,99 EUR is added on dispatch flat rate mentioned above.
  • Surcharge for bulky goods for packages larger than 120x60x60cm 25,00 EUR.

A-2. Delivery

As a rule, the delivery time within Germany is depending on Stock and delivering fortunes of the manufacturers approx 5-10 working days. At payment by cash in advance the delivery is carried out after in-payment.

A-3. Payment

As a rule, the payment of the product is carried out by debit note, cash on delivery, credit card or by pre-register. We reserve the right of a shipping expense surcharge at difficult or bulky articles.

B - Deliveries to the EU foreign countries and other countries

  • Max. std. Package dimension: 120x60x60cm.
  • All packages are insures to 500,- EUR against loss/damage.
  • At orders over    500,- till   2.500,- EUR goods value a transport insurance in the amount of 
    10,00     EUR is added on dispatch flat rate mentioned above.
  • At orders over 2.500,- till 25.000,- EUR goods value a transport insurance in the amount of
    50,    00 EUR is added on dispatch flat rate mentioned above.
  • Surcharge for bulky goods for packages larger than 120x60x60cm 25,00 EUR.
  • Delivery to Great Britain plus 4,50 EUR Brexit surcharge.  
  • Deliveries to Finland and Sweden are made using the "doorstep/neighbor delivery" method, plus 5,12 EUR.

B-2. Delivery

The delivery of the product is depending on the respective country carried out within 3 to 8 days,
as a rule.

B-3. Payment

The payment of the product is made by bank transfer at foreign orders only by credit card or by cash in advance. We reserve the right of a shipping expense surcharge at difficult or bulky articles.
Bank charges arising perhaps for foreign transfers, customs and import charges are incumbent the responsibility of the buyer and have to be carried by the buyer exclusively.
