Uncoated raw steel. With welded brackets for a custom smooth look (stock style is 904070 with riveted brackets). OEM reproduction style for 90-96 Fatboy models, but will also fit 97-99 FLSTF models. Ideal for stock replacement, but can be used in many custom applications in combination with 16" front wheels and FL, FXWG, FXST, FLST type forks. Custom replacement for OEM 59139-89
