Designed to work with most 5-1/2" wide undrilled fenders for 3" x 21" wheels.

Measures 1.250" thick.

Made in the U.S.A..
1/4" diameter, 2-1/2" on-center blind hole fender mounts and 5/16" diameter, 3" on-center fork leg mount holes.
