Designed to work with most 5-1/2" wide undrilled fenders for 3" x 21" wheels.

Measures 1.250" thick.

Made in the U.S.A..
5/16" diameter, 3-3/16" on-center blind fender mounting holes with 3-1/2" on-center, 5/16" fork leg mount holes.
