Withdrawal and cancellation policy

The consumer (§ 13 BGB) is granted a right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB, which must be exercised within fourteen days after receipt of the delivery. The following are excluded from exchange and return: Custom-made products, audio or video recordings and software, if and as soon as the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer, goods that are not part of our regular delivery program (not listed in our catalogs) and ordered at the request of the buyer were also cut to length as well as Special Offers. The consumer has to bear the costs of a possible depreciation, if this is not exclusively due to the examination of the ordered goods. You should handle the ordered goods carefully, do not use them as an owner and return them with the original packaging in order to avoid these costs in case of a return.
For B2B gilr: The value of the goods will be credited on presentation of the invoice copy minus 6.80 euros for return freight, as well as goods of Custom Chrome and Motorcycle Storehouse minus 15% of the value of the goods for restocking. If it is a proven wrong delivery or manufacturing defects or a proven wrong order on our part, then will be refunded in full and no charge for freight and restocking levied.
Missing or damaged parts in kits will be added at the expense of the buyer. Returns are accepted only free of us. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the goods if the goods can be sent as a package via a transport company (see § 12).

To return items, you must use our return form, which can be found in the customer account under Downloads.
Returns will not be accepted or processed without this form.

Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel the purchase contract within two weeks after receipt of the goods without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. Before the return you must consult with us in each case, since the return can not be processed otherwise. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the thing is sufficient.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders/backorders, custom-made products, audio or video recordings and software if and as soon as the data carriers supplied have been unsealed.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Transportable items are to be sent back. Non-parcels are picked up. You have to bear the costs of the return, if the delivered goods correspond to the order. If payments have already been made, the refund will be made immediately, but no later than 30 days.
